As the saying goes, ‘the tough get going’. Think of the next 12 months not in terms of how much worse things are – a reflective position, but in terms of how to maximise opportunities with a new set of circumstances. Business is there to be had, just not on the same terms as you may have enjoyed in the past. Old thinking (or no thinking) will not deliver the same old results.
